I’m hosting an event planning workshop tomorrow in the Student Center for all the Multicultural Greek Councils and friends. I’m a little nervous about presenting tips and strategies for organization and creating a successful event. Eeeeekkk

I made the most amazing Mojitos in Manhattan the other night. No, I will not tell you my secret, but they were so deliciouso! I plan on making them on hot summer days in a pitcher and quenching the thirst of my local neighborhood children. Nothing like some hot drunk underage messes, eh!?
